Section Med 14.02 - Definitions

For the purposes of these rules:

(1) "Board" means the medical examining board.

(2) "License" means any license, permit, or certificate issued by the board.

(3) "Licensee" means any person validly possessing any license, permit, or certificate granted and issued to that person by the board.
