Wis. Admin. Code Higher Educational Aids Board HEA 4.02

Any eligible student who, as a part of the academic program in which the student is enrolled at an eligible Wisconsin institution, attends an institution outside the United States may receive a tuition grant for the period of study abroad so long as the tuition cost of the program is paid directly to the Wisconsin institution and the credits earned are acceptable by the institution in serving the degree toward which the student is working.
