Section A-E 13.06 - Certificate of completion; proof of attendance(1) Each registrant shall certify on the renewal application full compliance with the continuing education requirements set forth in this chapter.(1m) The professional engineer section may require additional evidence demonstrating compliance with the continuing education requirements under this chapter, including a certificate of attendance or documentation of completion or credit for the courses completed.(3) If a request for evidence of compliance is requested by the professional engineer section or its designee, the registrant shall submit the requested information or documentation within 30 days of receiving the written notice. Failure to do so will result in denial of registrant's application for renewal.Wis. Admin.
