Section ERC 24.05 - Mediation initiated by the commission

Practice and procedure for mediation initiated by the commission shall be as set forth in s. ERC 13.05, except that the reference to the "Municipal Employment Relations Act" shall be to the "State Employment Labor Relations Act."
