Section Trans 305.01 - Purpose and scope(1) The purpose of this chapter is to prescribe minimum equipment requirements for vehicles and standards for the equipment used on vehicles.(2) This chapter includes equipment requirements for manufactured, homemade, street modified, replica and reconstructed vehicles and motor vehicles, including automobiles, light trucks, heavy trucks, motorcycles, motor homes, trailers and semi-trailers.Wis.
