Section Trans 301.27 - Openings(1) Every HSV shall have all openings between the engine and passenger compartments adequately sealed to prevent engine fumes from entering the passenger compartment. Every HSV shall have doors which have a weathershield or weatherstrip to prevent drafts, or inclement weather from entering the vehicle.(2) Every HSV shall be free of rust or rusted areas which could permit the entrance of foreign substance into the interior of the vehicle.Wis.
