Section Trans 253.03 - Overweight and oversize permits; general(1) The department may issue annual or consecutive month permits for the transportation of overweight and overlength loads in vehicles meeting the requirements of this chapter.(2) A permit issued under this chapter is not a guarantee of the sufficiency of any highway or structure for the transporting of the vehicle or load, or both.Wis.
