Section Trans 147.09 - Cancellation of a buyer identification card(1) Upon termination of the cardholder as an employe, the employer shall return the buyer identification card to the department within 10 business days for cancellation.(2) The employer may authorize the department to cancel the buyer identification card of an employe when the dealer no longer wishes the employe to be a cardholder by returning the buyer identification card to the department.Wis.
