Section SPS 345.35 - Compliance responsibilities(1)Any inspection report describing any noncompliance with this chapter shall be provided to the owner of the mechanical refrigeration system.(2)The owner of a mechanical refrigeration system shall correct any aspects of the system that do not comply with applicable requirements of this chapter, within any time period prescribed by the authorized agent or the department.Wis.
