Section SPS 334.35 - Fire protection(1) FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. Approved fire extinguishers having a minimum 10-B:C rating shall be provided at each amusement ride powered by an internal combustion engine.(2) SMOKE DETECTORS. Smoke detectors shall be provided in all dark rides, funhouses and similar structures that are not classified as public buildings or places of employment.(3) EMERGENCY LIGHTING. Emergency lighting shall be provided in all dark rides, funhouses and similar structures that are not classified as public buildings or places of employment.Wis. Admin.
