Section SPS 333.15 - Accident reporting(1) An accident resulting in bodily injury as a result of a passenger ropeway malfunction and that requires more than first aid treatment shall be reported to the department within 2 business days of the injury. Fatalities as a result of a passenger ropeway malfunction shall be reported within 24 hours of occurrence.(2) The owner of the passenger ropeway that malfunctions resulting in bodily injury may not remove or disturb the ropeway or any of its components or permit any such removal or disturbance prior to receiving authorization from the department, except for the purpose of reducing further bodily harm or property damage.Wis.
