Section SPS 330.06 - Records Every fire department shall do all of the following:
(1) Establish a data collection system and maintain permanent records of all reported accidents, injuries, illnesses, and deaths that are or may be job related. The system shall include individual records of any occupational exposure to known or suspected toxic products or contagious diseases.(2) Maintain a training record for each fire fighter indicating dates, subjects covered, and certifications achieved.Wis.
