Section SPS 316.110 - Examination, identification, installation, use, and listing of equipment(1) Substitute the following wording for the requirements in 2011 NEC 110.3 (B): Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed or used, or both, in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling, provided the instructions, listing, or labeling do not conflict with this chapter.(2) This is a department exception to the requirements of 2017 NEC 110.3 (C): Exception: As provided under s. SPS 316.022 (1), product testing and evaluation may be conducted by a qualified independent third party, including a nationally recognized testing laboratory or a professional engineer.Wis. Admin.
