Section SPS 307.50 - Licensing of fireworks manufacturers(1) LICENSE REQUIRED. No person may manufacture fireworks unless that person holds a license issued by the department in accordance with ch. SPS 305.(2)POSTING. A fireworks manufacturer license shall be posted at each plant where fireworks are to be manufactured.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Safety and Professional Services SPS 307.50
