Section SPS 305.05 - Mailing(1) Unless otherwise provided by law, all orders, notices and other papers may be served by the department by first class mail at the address on file with the department.(2) A license, certification, registration, or enrollment holder shall be responsible for notifying the department of any change in mailing address.Wis.
