Section SPS 305.03 - Petitions for variance

An individual may submit a petition for variance to any rule in this chapter in accordance with ch. SPS 303.

Many of the rules relating to credentials reflect specific statutory requirements; in such cases the department is not able to grant a petition for variance if it would supersede a statutory requirement.
