Section SPS 303.12 - Definitions(1) "Administrator" means the administrator of the division of industry services in the department, or his or her designee.(2) "Department" means the department of safety and professional services.(3) "Division" means the division of industry services.(4) "Secretary" means the secretary of the department.Wis.
