Section SPS 362.1203 - Natural ventilation

This is a department rule in addition to the requirements in IBC section 1203.5: The use of natural ventilation shall be permitted in any of the following:

(1) Occupancies specified in s. SPS Table 364.0402.

(2) Any occupancy with an engineered design, approved by the department, that satisfies the ventilation needs of the occupancy.
