Section SPS 130.01 - Authority

The rules in ch. SPS 130 are adopted pursuant to s. 227.11(2), Stats., and ss. 440.962(1) (e), 440.964, and 440.966(2), Stats., and govern registered interior designers.

Sections 440.962 (1) (e), 440.964, and 440.966 (2), Stats., were repealed by 2021 Wisconsin Act 195, and interior designers are now governed ch. 443, Stats., and by rules in chs. A-E 1 to 15.
