Section SPS 131.12 - License renewal To renew a home inspector registration, a registrant shall file with the department all of the following:
(1) An application for renewal on a form provided by the department.(2) Evidence that the registrant has, during the biennial period immediately preceding application, complied with the continuing education requirements in subch. V. This subsection does not apply to first and second renewal dates after the date on which the registrant was initially registered by the department.(3) The fee specified in s. 440.08(2) (a), Stats.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Safety and Professional Services SPS 131.12
