Section SPS 50.220 - Advertising(1) Advertising by licensees shall be truthful and accurate and may not mislead the public.(2) An establishment shall either post a list of cost of services in a conspicuous place or display a sign that states, "All establishment patrons have the right to be informed of the cost of services before the services are provided."Wis.
