Section Tax 20.03 - Distribution of credit

A payment to a municipality under s. 79.10(4), Stats., made from the appropriation under s. 20.835(3) (qb), Stats., may not, as determined by the department, exceed the amount of the school levy credit paid to resident individuals in that municipality.
