Section PI 40.02 - Applicability

This chapter governs the early college credit program under s. 118.55, Stats., and is promulgated pursuant to s. 118.55(9), Stats.

The youth options program should not be confused with other circumstances in which high school pupils attend courses at technical college system school institutions to meet high school graduation requirements through contracts or other special arrangements.
