Section PI 34.092 - School occupational therapist assistant license(1) AUTHORIZATION. A license issued under this section authorizes the license holder to be employed by a school district as a school occupational therapist assistant.(2) ELIGIBILITY. The state superintendent may issue a school occupational therapist assistant license under this section to an applicant who is certified as an occupational therapist assistant by the occupational therapists affiliated credentialing board.(3) RENEWAL. A license under this subsection is renewable if the applicant remains certified as an occupational therapist assistant by the occupational therapists affiliated credentialing board.(4) DURATION.
