Section PI 34.088 - Educational interpreter, 5-year nonrenewable license(1) AUTHORIZATION. A license issued under this section authorizes the license holder to work as an educational interpreter.(2) ELIGIBILITY. The state superintendent may issue a license under this section to an applicant who meets one of the following requirements: (a) Meets the requirements under s. PI 34.086(2) (a) but does not meet the requirements under s. PI 34.086(2) (b) or (c).(b) Meets the requirements under s. PI 34.086(3) (a) but does not meet the requirements under s. PI 34.086(3) (b).(3) DURATION. A license issued under this section is valid for 5 years.(4) NONRENEWABLE. A license issued under this section may not be renewed.Wis. Admin.
