Section NR 65.08 - Operation and maintenance(1) Funds may be available at the rate of up to 50% for the operation and maintenance of public motorcycle outdoor recreation facilities.(2) Funds may be available at the rate of up to 100% for the maintenance of trails which are jointly used for motorcycling and other outdoor recreation purposes. These funds will be available only for that maintenance which is directly related to motorcycling.(3) Funds available for any one MRP facility for operation and maintenance shall not exceed 10% of the annual program revenue received.(4) Reasonable entrance of user fees may be charged to offset operation and maintenance costs.
