Section NR 65.05 - General program requirements(1) Facilities acquired, developed or maintained with assistance from the MRP program shall be open to the general public.(2) Facilities acquired, developed or maintained with assistance from the MRP program shall not be converted to any other use.(3) Eligible local units of government shall submit applications for the acquisition, development and operation and maintenance of public outdoor motorcycle facilities by March 15 of each year, beginning in 1979.
