Section NR 64.09 - Safety certification programThe department shall establish a program of instruction on all-terrain vehicle laws, regulations, safety and related subjects. The program shall include the following:
(1) The program may be conducted by instructors certified by the department or the department may establish a correspondence-type course.(2) The department shall procure liability insurance coverage for certified instructors for work within the scope of their duties under this section.Wis.
