The purpose of this subchapter is to establish rules for the implementation and administration of grant programs to fund management, restoration and protection activities pertaining to Wisconsin's natural communities and rare flora and fauna on private land, or Wisconsin's species of greatest conservation need as identified in the Wisconsin wildlife action plan, or both.
