Section NR 58.22 - Eligibility for grant assistance(1) ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS. All of the following applicants are eligible for a grant: (a) County, city, village, town and tribal governmental agencies.(c) Nonprofit organizations.(d) Educational institutions.(2) ELIGIBLE PROJECTS. Projects which have as their objective one or more of the following shall be eligible for a grant under this chapter: (a) Identification, protection and management of native plant and animal species and natural communities.(b) Enhancement and restoration of populations and habitats of rare and endangered species.(c) Promotion of knowledge, appreciation and stewardship of Wisconsin's native species and ecosystems.Wis.
