Section NR 50.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures for implementation of various recreational aids programs under ss. 20.370(5) (cy), 23.09(11), (12), (17m), (19), (20) and (26), 23.094, 23.195, 23.30(3) (h), 30.275, 30.277, 30.79 and 350.12(4), Stats., and 16 USC 460 d, 460L-4, et seq., 669 et seq., 1261, 1262 and 26 USC 9503(6), 9511.
