Section NR 21.17 - Conflicting rules

Where there are differences in elements of the boundary waters regulations of Minnesota and Wisconsin, anglers, commercial fishers and persons taking turtles shall comply with the regulations of the state in whose territorial waters they are fishing in or taking turtles.
