Section NR 12.50 - Purpose

This subchapter is adopted to implement and administer the payment of claims for damage associated with endangered and threatened species funded under s. 20.370(1) (fs), Stats., and for damage caused by gray wolves authorized by s. 71.10(5) (am), Stats.
