Section NR 297.053 - New source performance standards(1) For purposes of the wet process subcategory only, "new source" means a source which is constructed at a site which has no other source covered by this chapter.(2) Any new source subject to this subchapter may not discharge process wastewater pollutants into waters of the state.Wis.
