Section NR 297.01 - Applicability; description of the barking subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the barking of logs by plants in the lumber and wood products industry, except for furniture making, and plants producing insulation board.
