Section NR 281.02 - Applicability

The effluent limitations, standards of performance, pretreatment standards, and other provisions in this chapter are applicable to pollutants or pollutant properties in discharges of process waste resulting from manufacture of the following subcategories:

(1) The production of oil-base paint where tank cleaning is performed using solvents; and

(2) The production of oil-base ink where the tank washing system uses solvents.
