Section NR 279.02 - Applicability

The effluent limitations, standards of performance, pretreatment standards, and other provisions in this chapter are applicable to pollutants or pollutant properties in discharges resulting from operations of petroleum refining facilities in any of the following process or operation subcategories:

(1) Topping process;

(2) Cracking process;

(3) Petrochemical operation;

(4) Lube process; and

(5) Integrated process.
