Section NR 274.27 - Applicability; description of the primary rare earth metals subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the production of rare earth metals and mischmetal by primary rare earth metals facilities which process rare earth metal oxides, chlorides and fluorides.
