Section NR 274.21 - Applicability; description of the primary molybdenum and rhenium subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the production of molybdenum and rhenium at primary molybdenum and rhenium facilities.
