Section NR 274.20 - Applicability; description of the secondary mercury subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the production of mercury at secondary mercury facilities processing recycled mercuric oxide batteries and other scrap raw materials containing mercury.
