Section NR 274.15 - Applicability; description of the primary beryllium subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the production of beryllium from primary beryllium facilities processing beryllium ore concentrates or beryllium oxide raw materials.
