Section NR 274.05 - Applicability; description of the primary electrolytic copper refining subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the electrolytic refining of primary copper, such as anode casting performed at refineries which are not located on-site with a smelter, product casting, and byproduct recovery.
