Section NR 252.96 - Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS)

Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7, any new source subject to this subcategory that introduces process wastewater pollutants into publicly owned treatment works shall comply with 40 CFR Part 403, and achieve the pretreatment standards contained in s. NR 252.95.
