Section NR 252.26 - Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS)

Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7 and s. NR 252.04, any new source subject to this subcategory that introduces process wastewater pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works shall comply with 40 CFR Part 403, and achieve the pretreatment standards contained in s. NR 252.25.
