Section NR 236.02 - Applicability

The effluent limitations, standards of performance, pretreatment standards, and other provisions in this chapter are applicable to pollutants or pollutant properties in discharges of process waste resulting from manufacture in any of the following product subcategories:

(1) Char and charcoal briquets.

(2) Gum rosin and turpentine.

(3) Wood rosin, turpentine, and pine oil.

(4) Tall oil rosin, pitch, and fatty acid.

(5) Essential oils.

(6) Rosin-based derivatives.
