Section NR 233.20 - Applicability; description of the metallo-organic pesticides chemicals manufacturing subcategory

This subchapter applies to discharges resulting from the manufacture of metallo-organic active ingredients containing mercury, cadmium, arsenic or copper. This subchapter does not apply to the manufacture of intermediates used to manufacture the active ingredients.
