Section NR 230.242 - Effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available
(1) Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subchapter which reacts anhydrous ammonia with hydrogen gas may not discharge process wastewater pollutants to waters of the state.
(2) Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subchapter which uses the recovery process from Solvay process wastes shall achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of BPT:
