Section NR 230.22 - Applicability; description of the titanium dioxide subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the production of titanium dioxide by the sulfate process, the chloride process, and the chloride-ilmenite process.
