Section NR 230.09 - Applicability; description of the hydrogen peroxide subcategory

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the production of hydrogen peroxide by the electrolytic process and by the oxidation of alkyl hydroanthraquinones.
