Section NR 220.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to establish pursuant to s. 283.13(1), Stats., a list of categories and classes of point sources other than publicly owned treatment works for which effluent limitations, standards of performance, pretreatment standards, standards for toxic substances, and other standards have been or are to be established.
